Master the ancient Hindu art of breathing with mindfulness and purpose, called Pranayama. Feel physical, emotional and mental effects that can help you relax, revitalize or invigorate your energy. Sustain the energy you want by learning how to implement a specific Pranayama into regular daily routines. This will give you a practice with mindfulness, not just with regards to Asana (yoga postures), but also in getting to know yourself.
