Willow Ryan
LMT, ERYT200, RYT500, RRCA
You might think Willow had always lived the path of a yogini as now she appreciates Organic healthful foods, healing therapies that include Massage & Bodywork, Sublime Running, Mental Skills Coaching and Forrest Yoga, but her life didn't start out this way.
"When I was in High School, I remember being able to touch my toes and felt feminine and powerful, I was true to my nature and through the compilation of how I perceived specific people and life events, my body and my mind hardened and I approached challenges in a toughened masculine way. I became numb in my body and was plagued with a constant tornado of swirling emotions. I had limited tools for effective communicating or physical healing strategies. I was reawakened by the pain caused in a car accident and received massage as a way to open up not only the damage from the accident, but marred tissues from years of competitive boxing, racing bikes & motorcycles and MMA. At the time, I was also working in the juvenile detention system and with adjudicated youth programs. I didn't know what to do with all that I saw, heard and felt. I just shut down. Yoga has been an emotional management tool for me. As I began studying Forrest Yoga, I was excited that I had found a mode for releasing what was stuck and learning to speak in a way that was skillful and with authenticity. Through this truth speaking, and learning new tools to perceive people and life, I learned that staying curious really has been my how to look at challenges in a way that serves me toward a more positive direction. Learning to look at each situation as an opportunity to grow and learn has been my greatest strength and it is this simple tool that I pass along to others. It is my legacy." - Willow Sea Ryan
"Willow is the embodiment of a woman in power; the way that she lives & breathes & walks is an example to all who work with her. For those of you who have the opportunity to work with Willow, don't waste it, it's an extraordinary one." - Ana Forrest

Dana Dupont
Ayurvedic Practicioner
Dana's dream is to help others bridge the gap of our physical yoga practice and our everyday activities, by finding balance through tuning into the natural rhythms and elements of Nature. She also is currently studying and experiencing the healing power of plants in the form of essential oils and incorporates this into her healing work. As a mother living in the city, Dana uses an urban and realistic approach to this ancient art of healing. Her current work and study is now taking her in the direction of working with recovering addicts, where the medicine of yoga and Ayurveda is very crucial for breaking old habits, working through fears stored in our bodies, and healing our minds. Dana offers this through yoga therapy, Ayurveda lifestyle consulting, rejuvenation treatments and workshops.
After being a student of yoga for 13 years, and Ayurveda for 3 years, Dana finally decided that she was ready to start sharing her experience with others. Having studied with many great teachers like John Friend and Sarahjoy Marsh, she currently embraces this place of courage, working with Willow Ryan, who's teacher is Ana Forrest. Dana also shares the same attraction to the Goddess Kali and her fierce way of cutting through fears as Ana Forrest. Kali was first introduced to her by her Ayurveda mentor, Richard Haynes. Dana also embraces the practices of Shiva Shakti Tantra and has studied with Direct Realization Tantra teacher, Shambhavi Swarsvati. For the last three years, she has dedicated herself to Self study and discipline in the teachings of Ayurveda and Tantra.
Greg Jamiel
Greg first stepped foot in a yoga class 13 years ago while growing up in Rhode Island, as a way to increase his flexibility while practicing Kenpo Karate. His belief that yoga is not only a practice, but a way of life has led him to infuse his practice in all aspects of his daily life. He has been practicing Forrest Yoga intensively since 2010, and received his Hatha Yoga certification in 2011.
Greg teaches two classes at Inner Elements Studio. In his Restorative Yoga class, Greg incorporates the many gifts that bring love, Beauty, and connection to us by infusing independent work on the mat with the healing benefits of partner work. In this class you will gain the confidence to open your heart to others, experience the healing benefits of touch, and surrender your fears to allow yourself to be fully supported by another. In his Basic Elements class, Greg focuses on the core tenets of yoga; building on our breath work, alignment, and gaining strength to help secure a strong foundation for our more advanced classes.
When not teaching at Inner Elements, Greg spends his time volunteering with Street Yoga, working on one of his many creative entrepreneurial endeavors, or hiking with his dog, Griffen. You may also catch him climbing a local volcano, rafting a river, running, traveling, or enjoying time spent with his wonderful family and friends.
Karen Zinn
Certified Personal Trainer
"I have made the quest for fitness a lifelong passion and have enjoyed many physical activities over the past several years: rock climbing, running, cycling, lifting weights, martial arts, and yoga. I began to explore the common thread of basic fitness that runs through all sports and even seemingly mundane life activities. If we strive to reach and then maintain that level of basic fitness through exercise and nutrition we feel better at work and at play. We age more gracefully. We live more fully.
My approach to fitness does not tend to involve many gimmicks and gadgetry (with the occasional fun exception). I believe that we can attain new levels of strength, agility, and speed by engaging our own bodies without the use of machines. I enjoy watching everyone strive for these new levels regardless of whether they have never exercised before or whether they are training to improve in their sport."
Liz Radavich
"I don't remember a time when Yoga was not a part of my life. I look at my 7 month old son and see a yogini. How apart of everything he is. How everything is new for the first time. How wide eyed and present he is. This, to me, is what Yoga is about. We all have the Yogini in us but as we get older we forget. We let the mind take over, and take us away from all that is around us, in the present moment.
Through the poses and breath, I hope to help bring my students into the present moment. Have them be apart of the experience of, now, have them re-connect with all their senses and be one with their body, mind and spirit. Maybe smile and laugh a little!
I have been a certified teacher( certified 3 times over) for over 10 years and I have studied many different styles. I incorporate the styles I have studied into my teaching techniques and each class is its own, unique experience."
Please join Liz on Saturdays for Vinyasa and Yin Class.
These classes work well together back to back!
Come for the whole morning.
Darlene Siegel
Darlene has been practicing yoga long before she knew what to call it. But when they were finally formally introduced, it was love at first sight. With the belief that yoga is everywhere and in everything, Darlene wishes to explore with her students the practice of living yoga.
Darlene has a masters degree in ecology and spends most of her days studying and restoring natural ecosystems. However, it is in her belief that the healing of the natural world ultimately must first come from the healing of oneself, that compels her to share the power of yoga with others.
Aware that the path is not always easy, Darlene wishes to provide the inspiration and encouragement that is needed for a student to fully manifest their true nature and to allow us all to create the change we wish to see in ourselves and in the world.
