Willow Ryan, Lead Therapist, has dedicated her heart, soul and career track to learning many healing arts & therapeutic methods from her own athletic & injury recoveries, top tier Yoga Teacher Trainer for the Forrest Yoga system, Massage & Athletic Maintenance techniques at East West College, Physiotherapy & rehab training at Portland Chiropractic Group and soon to introduce the FMA System.

Healing Traditions ::
Many healing traditions will be used to provide you with soothing comfort or relief from stored up stress and strain. You will receive
a combination of Fire Cupping,
Gua Sha, Herbal Compresses, Aromatherapy, Essential Oils and plant based liniments personalized to meet your needs. Use these ancient and updated techniques to increase blood flow, decrease pain and improve flexibility of skin, connective tissue and surrounding muscular tissues. You'll leave feeling uniquely energized and relaxed.
Deep Tissue Session ::
Deep Tissue sessions specialize in increasing mobility and movements in a specific body area or region. If you have tensed, cramped or injured muscles, this static and therapeutic technique will improve posture and joint range of motion. Clients often report feeling less muscular tension and an improvement with flexibility. Wear comfortable gym type clothing.
Athletic Performance Session ::
We will assess for limiting movements and develop a treatment plan to support it. Specific techniques may include a combination of PNF, PIR, Active Assisted Stretching, Deep Tissue, Healing Traditions, exercises, yoga breathing or postures. Specialization with Sports & Athletics, Yoga, Running, Motor Vehicle Accidents and post operative treatments. Wear comfortable gym type clothing.
Swedish Style Session ::
Swedish styles are relaxing and incorporate slow, gentle rhythmic massage with light to moderate applied pressure. If you need a break from mental or physical exertion, this is a great option for stress relief. Clients often report feeling more at ease, calm and patient after sessions.
Yoga Private Session ::
First, we will review goals, physical limitations and all reasons for learning Yoga. Each session will be unique for you and will provide you with incredible tools for breathing effectively, creating focus, learning meditation, doing key postures directed toward your goals and a long term plan to help you implement these tools into your lifestyle. We will blend Hatha, Yin, Restorative & Forrest Yoga methods, depending on your experience and capability. This will be an amazing journey, one I hope will be long term for the both of us. Wear comfortable gym type clothing. If you have a Yoga mat and tools, bring them along. If you do not, a spare will be temporarily provided for you. Namaste'
