Class Descriptions:
Basic Elements Yoga
Learn anatomy, postures, breathing skills and a steady mind. These classes are developed for beginners and anyone wanting to fine tune basic elements of your practice. You will learn, integrate and review breathing patterns, movements and skills necessary for a solid understanding of the core elements for Yoga and your life. There are 10 separate classes each developed to prepare you for the next weeks BE class and advancement. As a beginner, you are encouraged to take all 10 weeks before advancing into other classes.
All Levels Yoga
Build stamina, strength and a purpose driven mind with these classes. Poses are held for 3-5 breaths and are sequenced to build strong ankles, knees, hips, back, shoulders, neck and lungs. You will be encouraged to participate in your own healing and apply modifications as needed. You will leave feeling grounded, centered and confident that you have the inner strength to make shifts, changes or transformations toward the life you want to live. Forrest Yoga - Int/Adv
Be with purpose and step into your highest self. Learn how using Forrest Yoga canons of Breath, Strength, Integrity, Spirit and Go Deeper will awaken a quest for healing and thriving in this life. Take your practice to the next level and create a Ceremony around all aspects of your living! Prerequisites: All Levels Yoga & Instructor approval. Walk in Beauty!
Restorative Yoga
A great end to your week and beginning to your weekend. Perfect for athletes, beginners and people who want to relax and unwind. Hold gentle poses for up to 5 minutes to lengthen ligaments, tendons, and build long, lean, muscle tissue. This is the perfect class for you to aid recovery and relax! Daycare available on Saturdays.
Family Yoga
Hey Kids! Bring your family (Dads, Moms, Etc) and remind them of what it feels like to be flexible and playful again. If your family is busy and you want time to interact, these classes are perfect for you to show off Monkeying Around or your best Lions Roar. Childcare Available
Fitness Fusion
Youll feel proud from the strength you gain toward better alignment, posture and overall movement efficiency. Whether you are restarting fitness in your life or you are an athlete, this is the perfect whole body training to strengthen all muscle groups. Your class is composed of Creative Circuits, Bodyweight, Cardio & Strength Training with stretches for your warm down.
