Her yoga classes are designed for All Levels and incorporate anatomy & kinesiology as well as Forrest Yoga canons of Breath, Strength, Integrity & Spirit. You will leave feeling grounded and more fulfilled with your developing yoga & self awareness.
Early on I was curious and embarked on an inwards journey towards healing and finding a way to build emotional composure via healthy eating, thinking, meditation and physical expression. My father always told me to find a way to channel all the raw emotions into something positive, otherwise it would consume my spirit.
My body became my vehicle and I soon found the power of healing inside myself, my heart and hands. Movement and Healing has been an integral way of life for me, one that I will never stop pursuing. From my experiences in meditation to extensive research on how diet and nutrition affect quality of life, I have spent the last 15 years on my journey learning about healing the body as a whole.
During this time, I've traveled to Costa Rica, Greece, Japan, South Korea, Philippines, Thailand, Hong Kong and Macau to learn of the many peaceful cultures around the world and how they pursued health and healing. I have also studied Yoga and have teacher training certificates in multiple styles. As an athlete who has raced Mt Bikes, Cyclocross & Motorcycles, Golden Gloves Boxing, training in Mixed Martial Arts as well as an avid long distance runner, I understand how important having a healthy body is. All these experiences along with my Massage have helped me get where I am.
This has been a long and exciting journey, one in which I could not have accomplished without support. This support I pass on to you. Your wellbeing is of the utmost importance to me and I will be giving you the best quality work available combining Yoga, Massage, Fitness and Nutrition. I develop programs tailored to fit your needs and we will adapt it as your body demands. My goal is to guide you into realizing your body's potential.
Your greatest asset is your body. It is the vehicle of our human experience. When our body is feeling good and functioning well it makes the rest of the things we do better. From casual or competitive sports, your relationships, or your daily work, your body being healthy enhances your quality of life.

"Willow is the embodiment of a woman in power; the way that she lives & breathes & walks is an example to all who work with her. For those of you who have the opportunity to work with Willow, don't waste it, it's an extraordinary one."

"Willow Ryan is a miracle worker! I have suffered from neck pain and headaches for years; one session with Willow gave me more relief and had a longer lasting effect than any single treatment that I have ever received.
As a clinician, I was impressed with Willow's professionalism and beautiful space; as a client, I was grateful for her skill. Her attention to detail, from intake to exit interview made me feel nurtured and relaxed. I refer my patients to Willow with utter confidence for both bodywork and yoga therapy. She is experienced, extremely knowledgeable, and, most important, effective."

"My husband and I had the privelege of meeting with Willow for about 3 hours one weekend. What a benefit to our lives those 3 hours were. We havechanged our diet based on the simple and healthy suggestions Willow made. We have both noticed an increase in energy levels as well as a decrease in junk food and caffeine cravings...it was well worth our time to have Willow do a nutritional assessment. Thanks Willow."

"I have been competing as an amateur triathlete for 3 years and this year I was training for my long distance triathlon. Willow was an essential part of my training and recovery program. Her unique integration of stretching and massage allowed meto recover quickly and I learned how to do better stretching on my own. I am proud to say that I am an Ironman and Willow was an important part of my success as a triathlete and Ironman finisher. I will continue scheduling appointments with Willow because I believe in the advantage of training smart and staying injury free."

"I first became acquainted with Willow through her yoga classes. Her keen observations and exquisite sensitivities helped me to realize some ill effects I was unknowingly bringing upon myself. I soon saw her as my massage therapist and this was truly a turning point for my optimal health. Willow is very intuitive and is a perceptive listener and observer. Together, we discovered that my trapezius was the source of my affliction and after a few sessions I was liberated from a stagnant sort of pain that I had been burdened with for three years."
