How is your training coming along?
If you find that getting to the gym and driving through your cross-training isn't getting the job done, I have something for you.
Do you feel like your getting stronger and more flexible, or is your training feeling a little stiffer and heavier that it was a few weeks ago? You may need a little more strength in your core and your joints while developing a wider degree of flexibility and range of motion.
I think I have a reward for you and all your hard work. Treat yourself to a 1.5 hour Yoga for Runners session with me.
This clinic was designed with YOU in mind. Reward yourself with knowledge and get a head start to a wonderful running season.
In this 1.5 hour workshop, I will coach you on various exercises and yoga poses to equip you for a season full of running mindfully. This is so important! I will teach you to listen for cues from your body so that you KNOW WHEN something needs to be addressed and WHAT that may be.
You will go through a 2 section workshop and I will give you handouts and exercises for you to continue at home, at your leisure and as you need.
I am drawing on my knowledge to assist runners like you with tools to prepare you for a fabulous running season.
